Terms of Use
1) Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age required to consent, you must have a parent/guardian’s permission. You represent you have the authority to agree to these Terms.
3) Account Registration & Security
Provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4) The Service
LabelCam enables you to capture photos and attach voice labels/transcriptions and store/manage that content. We may update or change features at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access if you violate these Terms.
5) Your Content; License to Us
You retain ownership of photos, audio, transcripts, and other content you upload (“User Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service (e.g., backup, content processing, machine learning to improve labeling, and support). You are responsible for having all necessary rights to upload User Content.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Violate any law or third‑party rights.

Upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or personal data you don’t have rights to process.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to reverse engineer it.

Use the Service to develop a competing product using our confidential information.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7) Third‑Party Services
We may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., authentication, storage, analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services we do not control.
8) Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, features, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase. Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically and your payment method will be charged. Trials convert to paid unless canceled before the trial ends. Taxes may apply. All in‑app purchases are processed by [Apple App Store / Stripe / etc.] subject to their terms.
9) Refunds
Except where required by law or the platform’s policies, payments are non‑refundable. For App Store purchases, see Apple’s refund process.
10) Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use it without obligation to you.
11) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR‑FREE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRESERVED WITHOUT LOSS.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use. Sections intended to survive (e.g., 5, 11–13) will survive.
15) Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by in‑app notice or email. Changes take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the changes.
16) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This Privacy Policy explains how Logan Morris L.L.C. collects, uses, and shares information when you use LabelCam, visit our websites, or interact with us. By using the Service, you consent to this Policy.
