Welcome to LabelCam (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LabelCam, owned and operated by Logan Morris (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: LabelCam offers auto-renewing subscription plans (e.g., monthly or yearly).

• Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Manage or Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

• Refunds: We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription. Any refund requests must be made through Apple.

 

3. Free Plan

We may offer a free plan or trial with limited features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free plans or trials at any time.

 

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.

• Upload or distribute harmful, infringing, or offensive content using the App.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

 

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted in the App or on our website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
